Spillville Public Library at 201 Oak Street in Spillville has been lucky to have a special collection of 47 cake pans donated by Georgia Klimesh of Spillville. The library is excited that the pans are now available for checkout.

Library Director Renae Franzen explained, “To make it easier for our patrons, we have all the pans photographed and placed in a binder that they can flip through to see exactly what each pan looks like. There is a little bit of everything from SpongeBod and Scooby-Doo to a simple butterfly, horseshoe or even a bunny. Race cars or cars for the guys to a cross or open book for special occasions. There is even a large half sheet pan and a square pan. The Spillville Library would like to thank Georgia for her generosity in donating the pans. Come check out what you can bake.”

Library hours are 2 P.M. to 6 P.M Monday through Friday and 9 to noon on Saturday. For more information feel free to contact the library at 568-4373.If you prefer to email your questions about this new collection, email to spillville.library@mchsi.com.
