Iowa Wine Trail Weekend

November 4th & 5th is the Iowa Wine Trail Weekend and this year goes Hollywood. There are 11 wineries on the Iowa Wine Trail and each winery picked a movie for a theme in this fall's event. People can buy tickets online at iowawinetrail.com or at any of the 11 wineries, tickets are $30/person now and $40/person closer to the event.  There are also free DD tickets available for the drivers of the ticket holders participating in the trail.

Your ticket gets you into each winery and there you will find food (from the movie they picked) and wine pairings waiting for you. Most wineries will have 3 courses of food (smaller portions so you can eat at each winery) paired with a wine they make there.

It is a lot of fun traveling to each winery, eating and drinking your way through Northeast Iowa and learning about the wine that is made there. Buy your ticket and plan to attend Nov. 4 & 5, 2017.  Below are the wineries and their menus.
